Returns and satisfaction guarantee
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and not all returns may be accepted. Please contact us in advance.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable.
Exchanges are not always possible. Some items may be excluded. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Order processing and liability
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct.

SkiBikePlus is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses or parcels marked as delivered. If issues arise, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
